Healing is a process of restoration of health from an unbalanced, diseased, damaged or devitalized state.
Emotional healing is the ability to acknowledge events and circumstances in our lives that may hinder us to move forward. It is a process that allows us to take control of our thoughts, feelings and emotions.
The best way to start inner healing is by Acknowledging-Acceptance-Action.
Acknowledgment- It is not a weakness to acknowledge that there are issues that need to be addressed. Even if you start acknowledging problems to yourself, it is one step towards trying to mend things.
Acceptance- Accept that the situation is not perfect. Denial is highly stressful. Acceptance allows you to relax and see the issue more clearly. Whereas denial is a short term stress-free period, but in long run proves to be detrimental.
Action- Once you acknowledge and accept the issue, action in the right direction is mandatory.
