Love can be categorized into three forms.

• Spiritual love

• Phycological love (emotional state)

• False love.

Can you keep loving a person unconditionally inspite of the fact of the fact that he/she may have caused pain to you..?

Be he/she your friend or family or loved one..?

Can you smile without any inhibition at anyone come across..?

It is not easy to attain this state of mind.

Only the luckiest ones are blessed to be able to give and receive unconditional love!

At the psychological level - some people believe that love should be expressed by showering gifts or by expressing the three magical words "I love you".

Now the conditional love- is notorious. It expects return. It is all consuming yet unsatisfied always.

Deep love (attachment) - can sometimes also cause agony. It leave you in pain when you get separated from your favourite person/ loved one.

Role of hormones- When one is in love with someone, a chemical reaction takes place in the body.

Hormones play an important role in modulating the feelings.

Attachment stimulates the release of oxytocin (bonding hormone) in the brain stream.

Dopamine is released when you hear something good that makes you feel so. Serotonin which is released when one experiences is a powerful hormone, which brings about peace, serenity and tranquillity in the person.

One should always aim to love only unconditionally.

Unconditional love and conditional love are like SUNRISE and SUNSET.

IN ONE YOU RISE AND IN THE OTHER YOU FALL..!!
